Building on the progress and learning from last year’s plan, this year’s Equity Plan continues our commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility across our Catholic learning communities.
Guided by the Equity & Well-being goals in our Multi-Year Strategic Plan, the plan is also informed by Sankofa, an Akan concept reminding us that meaningful progress comes from understanding the past and using that learning to shape a more equitable future.
With six key areas of action, the plan provides a path forward for continued learning, reflection, and meaningful change.
